Frequently Asked Questions

Your organisation owns its work. With an active plan, all AUREXIS work, ManEx and SerEx alike, is saved to AUREXIS servers as your organisation's data, kept separate from every other organisation and accessible only to its authorised users. During a trial without a plan, work stays in the browser you are using and is not saved to the organisation.

It works across the four perspectives of the Balanced Scorecard, a widely used management framework. Financial: reduce defects, scrap and rework. Customer: close service gaps and cut repeat complaints. Internal processes: improve quality, consistency and process stability. Learning and growth: staff build practical problem-solving skills on their own real problems. You do not need to run a formal Balanced Scorecard to use AUREXIS. Results depend on each organisation's circumstances and actions.

AUREXIS supports organisational capability and operational improvement, with potential relevance to NIMP 2030's objectives for SMEs. It links most directly to Mission 1 (Advance Economic Complexity), Mission 2 (Tech Up for a Digitally-Vibrant Nation) and the talent development enabler. AUREXIS is an independent product; it is not part of, funded by or endorsed under NIMP 2030.
